Our work together will support you in cultivating a long lasting practice, even off of your mat, with yogic philosophy, meditation, mindfulness techniques, and breath-work for a deep layered experience.

Session Styles



R E S T O R A T I V E
A slow, relaxing, and gentle style of yoga that focuses on slow release stretching, releasing stress, and letting tension melt away from your body. This is great for beginners, or if you're just looking to implement more peace and awareness into your lifestyle.
P R E - N A T A L
Serving Mothers to be! Pre-natal yoga is great for preparing your body and mind for birth. We will work on breathing techniques, postures that will relieve pressure points, and strengthen the core / pelvic floor muscles.
V I N Y A S A
Interested in a more dynamic, high energy, and playful yoga experience? Vinyasa is a style that links breathe with movement to create heightened awareness, balance, and heat. You will get sweaty!



C O U P L E S
A couples yoga session is a beautiful opportunity to connect with your beloved in a new way! Couples sessions can be a romantic and intimate experience to enliven your relationship with Tantric breathing, eye grazing, simple massage, and presence.
P A R T I E S / E V E N T S
Hosting a special event or birthday / bachelorette party? Adding yoga into the mix can be a more conscious option of creating connection, collaboration, and felt sense of community within the group.

Pricing
One 60-minute Session: $150
One reoccurring Session every week: $500/ month
One 60-minute Couples Session: $250
One reoccurring Couple Session every week: $900/ month
Private Events & Corporate Sessions: $350
What you'll need:
It's important that you have props available to support your yoga practice in a functional way.
Although I bring props with me, I encourage clients to have a set of their own for solo practice when I'm not around.
I reccommend you having:
( 1 ) yoga mat
( 1 ) yoga strap
( 2 ) yoga blocks
( 1 ) rectangular bolster
( 1 ) Mexican blanket
