First step is to fill out the contact form HERE. After doing so, Anjali will personally reach out to you to schedule a consultation call to talk about your goals, intentions, answer any questions you might have, and book your first yoga session!
I've never done yoga before, is this for me?
Yes! Beginners are so very welcome.
What if I just want to do a session every once in awhile?
We highly reccommend prioritizing a regular practice so you can receive the benefits from private yoga. Our clients are committed to a weekly yoga session.
Where does our session take place?
We travel to you. So wherever you have space in your home is the perfect spot for your private yoga session.
