Meet Anjali Romaniuk,
Your personal Yoga Teacher. Trauma Informed + E-RYT 500.
Anjali is an intuitive, passionate, and devoted teacher with nearly a decade of experience. She is also a women's life coach, outdoors enthusiast, traveler, and lover of all things movement. Anjali began her yoga journey back in 2009 with an interest in the physical benefits of flexibility and weight-loss. Unbeknownst, this path would radically shift the relationship she held with her body, emotions, and spiritual connection. Anjali experienced profound healing both mentally and somatically through the simple techniques of yoga, which opened the door to authentic self love, easing anxiety, cultivating confidence, and slowing down in life. She began teaching studio classes in 2014 and shifted to private yoga in 2019. Anjali has worked with many wonderful teachers and mentors, and continues to practice as a lifetime student to this day.
